  • When a customer submits “good” rating on your rating email they will then be sent the happy rating email automatically.
  • It will then ask for them to leave a review on either yell / yelp / bark / google – please amend the links within this email to link directly to your own review platforms.
  • You can also use the happy rating follow up email to ask for referrals / offer a referral discount.
  • If they leave bad / ok feedback the happy rating email will not be sent.
