Lesson 2 | Managing Leads

Make sure you are following up with any leads / potential customers you speak to on the phone with follow up emails if they haven’t yet booked. 

Use these templates as a guide as to what you should be sending to leads after you’ve spoken with them. Adding a discount gives them some incetive to book and get back with you sooner.
