To cancel bookings you need to go to the scheduler on launch27.
You can click on then booking and then click on cancel booking.
If the customer is cancelling within the cancellation policy you can charge the customer.
You can amend your cancellation policy under the settings tab > general > booking cancellation.
If you want to edit the booking rather than cancelling it, click on the booking on the scheduler. Click on edit and then amend any information necessary. Click on save changes / or save and send message to send another confirmation email to the customer.
