Adding & Managing Users


  • You can purchase a new user under the user section.
  • Once you have purchased a new user configure the new user by clicking on the blue pencil.
  • Set-up your new user on both the mobile and desktop app.
  • Ensure your local country code is set to your correct area.
  • Add your new user to your hunt groups – add them to the relevant hunt groups. If you only want them to deal with sales calls them add them to that hunt group only. If you want them to deal with all enquiries add them to all hunt groups.
