Notes

  • When a customer makes a booking online they will receive a booking received email automatically. 
  • The customers booking is not confirmed yet!
  • You will be notified of the new booking via email.
  • You can then message your cleaners of the new booking either via email or whats app. 
  • When a cleaner has confirmed that they are happy to complete the clean you will need to go to your scheduler. 
  • When you are on your scheduler you can assign the cleaner to the booking.
  • You can then edit the booking and click on the save and send message, this will then send the customer a confirmation email.
  • If you do not have a cleaner available for the clean please either cancel the clean with the customer or re-schedule the clean to an alternative day that the cleaner can complete it.
