  • When you have completed a clean the day after an automated email will be sent to the customer to ask for their rating.
  • We want customers to provide feedback directly to us – if they are unhappy for any reason we want to resolve their issues asap to prevent any negative reviews.
  • Your rating email will be linked upto your cleaner – you can track your cleaner feedback under the people > teams section. If a cleaner consistantly performs poorly please cycle them out and find a new cleaner.
