We build the business for you — registered, branded, online, taking bookings — and run the ads that bring the customers in. You do the work: lawn care, gardening and landscaping, year-round. $2,997 total — $997 today with a 14-day money-back, the rest at weeks 4 and 8.
Our cleaning builds sell for $12,500–$19,000 — same team, same platform. Lawn care just launched, so the first 10 operators start at $997 ($2,997 total), and in return we document your results as the case studies this page does not have yet. We need your numbers more than we need your money.
Whichever comes first — ten places gone, or January 2027 — the founding price ends there.
Progressive83 Ltd · Companies House no. 12120221 · $1.58M revenue FY2025 · profitable every year — public register →The blunt bits first: you do the physical work to begin with · equipment is not included (budget $1,700+) · mowing slows in winter, so we build it year-round. Most founding operators start evenings and weekends around a job. All covered properly below.

★★★★★ 4.8 / 5 from 60+ reviews on TrustpilotThese operators run cleaning businesses — the first vertical we built, live since 2019. Same team, same software, same playbook now building lawn care businesses. Unedited answers to the questions you are probably asking.
Every review is on our public Trustpilot profile, the bad ones included — read them all before you decide.
Most people who try this do not fail at the lawn care. They fail at the admin sitting in front of it, and give up somewhere around the insurance quote. This is that list, handled.
Everything you will pay, whether it comes to us or not. There is no line missing from this table and nothing gets added later.
Grass stops growing from around November to February in most of the country, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. But mowing is one service, not the business. A one-service lawn round is the most common reason new operators do not survive their first year — so we do not build one.
This is why we sell it as a year-round outdoor services business, not a mowing round. Same customers, same van, same booking system — a different service each season. We build the full mix into your pricing and your advertising from day one, and set up annual contracts that bill across twelve months rather than eight, so your income does not fall off a cliff in November.
Some of this work needs its own certification and insurance — tree surgery in particular. We tell you exactly which services you can sell from day one where you are, and which need a ticket first. We are not going to pretend you can climb a tree with a chainsaw in week one.
You buy it yourself and you own it outright. We are not going to mark it up, finance it, or bundle it into the fee to make the headline number look smaller.
After launch you pay $89 a month and 1% of what you bill — $10 on every $1,000. That is the whole ongoing cost. No franchise fee, no commission on jobs you win, no minimums, and no cut of the business when you eventually sell it. Everything else the business earns is yours.
Most of this industry works the other way. A lawn care franchise typically takes 6–10% of every invoice for as long as you trade, on top of an upfront fee — the better you do, the more you hand over. We keep our share small and tied to your revenue, so we only do well when you do, and we stay easy to leave.
There is also no territory and no exclusive area. We do not sell you a protected patch, because we cannot control who else sets up near you. What we do instead is research your actual local market before you commit, and tell you honestly what the competition looks like.
Paying customers — not leads, not enquiries, not form fills. Ten people on your books who have paid you for work done. Ten is roughly where a round starts to carry its own costs, so that is where we set the bar rather than handing over a website and wishing you luck.
The target is 90 days from your campaigns going live. If we have not got you there, we keep working on your lead generation at no additional build cost until we do.
It is the same first-10-customers guarantee our $12,500 cleaning clients get — and current operators will tell you what it is like to hold us to it. Ask on the call and we will connect you.
It holds as long as you are doing your side: keeping the agreed ad budget running, replying to enquiries within a day, quoting the work you are sent, and servicing the area we researched together. We cannot guarantee customers for someone who does not answer the phone.
We would rather tell you no on a free call than take $2,997 from someone we cannot help. Deciding this is not for you is a perfectly good outcome of that call.
The build takes a few weeks, and your Google Business Profile needs time to settle before it pulls its weight — so the sooner it is running, the sooner it works for you. Start in the colder months and you earn on clearance, gutters and tree work while your round is being built, ready for the first cut of the year. Start in season and you are mowing almost immediately. What does not work is waiting — there are only ten founding places, and a call is how one is claimed.
