We build the business for you — registered, branded, online and taking bookings — then run the advertising that brings the customers in. You do the work. Of every trade we build, this one has the tightest repeat cycle: pools need servicing weekly, so a full route bills the same customers all season long. $2,997 total — $997 today with a 14-day money-back, the rest at weeks 4 and 8.
Before you read any further, the three things people find out too late: you will be servicing the pools yourself to begin with, you are handling chemicals that are regulated in many areas, and this trade is regional — it needs enough pools nearby to build a route. All three are covered properly further down this page.

★★★★★ 4.8 / 5 from 60+ reviews on TrustpilotThese operators run cleaning businesses — the first vertical we built, live since 2019. Same team, same software, same playbook now building pool cleaning businesses. Unedited answers to the questions you are probably asking.
Every review is on our public Trustpilot profile, the bad ones included — read them all before you decide.
Most people who try this do not fail at the pool cleaning. They fail at the admin sitting in front of it, and give up somewhere around the insurance quote. This is that list, handled.
Everything you will pay, whether it comes to us or not. There is no line missing from this table and nothing gets added later.
A pool is not a one-off job. It needs attention every week during the season, which makes this the most naturally recurring trade we build. The mistake is treating it as a cleaning job rather than a service contract — undercharge the weekly and absorb the repairs, and a full route can still lose money.
This is why we sell it as a service route, not a cleaning job. Same customers, same day each week, billed monthly on a schedule. We set up recurring billing so the money collects itself, and price the repair and recovery work separately so a broken pump is a paid job rather than a bad week.
Pool chemicals are regulated and the rules vary considerably. Several states and countries require certification to handle or apply them commercially, and some equipment and electrical work must be done by a licensed trade. This is the most regulated business we build and we will not pretend otherwise — we tell you exactly what you need where you are before you take your first customer.
You buy it yourself and you own it outright. We are not going to mark it up, finance it, or bundle it into the fee to make the headline number look smaller.
After launch you pay $89 a month and 1% of what you bill — $10 on every $1,000. That is the whole ongoing cost. No franchise fee, no commission on jobs you win, no minimums, and no cut of the business when you eventually sell it. Everything else the business earns is yours.
Most of this industry works the other way. A pool cleaning franchise typically takes 6–10% of every invoice for as long as you trade, on top of an upfront fee — the better you do, the more you hand over. We keep our share small and tied to your revenue, so we only do well when you do, and we stay easy to leave.
There is also no territory and no exclusive area. We do not sell you a protected patch, because we cannot control who else sets up near you. What we do instead is research your actual local market before you commit, and tell you honestly what the competition looks like.
Paying customers — not leads, not enquiries, not form fills. Ten people on your books who have paid you for work done. Ten is roughly where a round starts to carry its own costs, so that is where we set the bar rather than handing over a website and wishing you luck.
The target is 90 days from your campaigns going live. If we have not got you there, we keep working on your lead generation at no additional build cost until we do.
It is the same first-10-customers guarantee our $12,500 cleaning clients get — and current operators will tell you what it is like to hold us to it. Ask on the call and we will connect you.
It holds as long as you are doing your side: keeping the agreed ad budget running, replying to enquiries within a day, quoting the work you are sent, and servicing the area we researched together. We cannot guarantee customers for someone who does not answer the phone.
We would rather tell you no on a free call than take $2,997 from someone we cannot help. Deciding this is not for you is a perfectly good outcome of that call.
Where pools have a season, the customers are won before it starts, not during it. The build takes a few weeks and your Google Business Profile needs time to settle before it pulls its weight, so starting ahead of the season means a route already filling while everyone else is only beginning to advertise. Where pools stay open all year, there is simply no reason to wait.
